They were down yes.

Yes, the forums were down briefly. The issue was resolved on the forum software's end.
A solution for the PTB errors are currently being worked on. We will keep you posted about the status.

I think this is the first time a PTB broke the forum aswell. I´m really looking forward to what broken stuff the PTB brings...
