Endorsing system for DbD
Since there is a possibility to give a "Thumbs Up" in the end screen, I was thinking that maybe this game should have a similar endorsement system like Overwatch has.
Everytime a player gives you "Thumbs Up", you get a small notification saying "Player gave you a thumbs up! Great job!" or something like that.
And every time you get an endorsement, you could get rewarded something like 25 or 50 bloodpoints for every "Thumbs Up" you get.
Maybe this could incentivise people to try play a little cleaner and fairer.

I like the idea but probably for a different reason than you intended.
You see, I'd like to throw a commendation at the most ruthless, diabolical Killers. And the most cunning Survivors.

We had a great question about this during our last AMA in September. One of our guests, Vikram, had this to say about the current thumbs up system:
It is monitored though there is presently no direct incidence. That said all data is good data for us and we encourage players to continue to show their appreciation this way. We are looking for more actionable items with this feature in the future. -Vikram
