Trickster visual (light/photo-sensitivity) bug fixed/being worked on?

Im a trickster main and I saw a video about the trickster bug in action and I havent played him so that I would cause anyone any harm but I havent heard any news on this bug, has anyone heard anything on this bug and if its fixed now or if it is currently being worked on?
