Losing item when crafting flashbang

Whenever I'm or a friend is using the perk Flashbang and we have another item like a medkit or toolbox when you craft one you drop your item and it's stuck in the locker and you are unable to get it back.

Holding an item while crafting a Flash grenade from the Flashbang perk will result in the equipped item being lost.

  Hello, this is a Known Issue from the Patch Notes:

  • Holding an item while crafting a Flash grenade from the Flashbang perk will result in the equipped item being lost.
