Still haven't received my deluxe edition rewards of the casting of frank stone

I preordered the casting of frank stone deluxe edition and only received the standard rewards not the deluxe edition rewards? Im on ps4 and ps5. Im wildcard6613

    By the way I've made like 6 tickets now and haven't heard anything back at all , but i heard they fix this issue for the people who bought when it released or recently but i preordered the deluxe edition back in july and they haven't fixed it for anyone who preordered the game... Im never gonna preorder again it's kinda of a slap in the face for fixing it for everyone who purchased the game at release or later but not fixing the issue for everyone who preordered when it's the same issue... Should've bought it after release ill remember this in the future and it would be nice to hear something back from behavior about it especially after making like 6 tickets since release date

    Our Player Support Team is working with the Casting of Frank Stone team to get this resolved as quickly as possible for affected players. There is no need to make more than one ticket, each new ticket you make just makes the process longer for yourself as it moves you to the back of the queue (new ticket comes in, first ticket gets tied to the LATEST ticket). Whilst we appreciate the frustration that players are feeling with regards to these rewards, we do request some patience in allowing us to solve this issue for all.

    We've got an update!

    PS5 Deluxe Edition Pre-orders: you can now claim your missing rewards through your BHVR Account. You will receive the 2 million Bloodpoints again; this is not a mistake - this is a thank you for your patience.

    Standard & Deluxe owners on other platforms: we're on track to roll out fixes this week. Thank you for your continued patience - you will also be receiving the bonus 2 million Bloodpoints alongside your rewards.

    So I got a update on my ticket saying to redo the steps of claiming my rewards. Did that and still getting nothing… Is this because it's coming soon for Xbox players? Or do I have to make another ticket and try again
