How to get Refund for extra iri shards used?
Dear BHVR and Community,
I bought the Dredge before the price change to 4500 iri shards, so when it was 9000 iri shards. I also bought the Hag before her price was reduced to 2250 iri shards. I have only recently found out that you could get a refund for the extra iri shards you paid. My DBD account is an Epic Account by the name of Thynderbird. If anyone could help me, please reply.
PS, I hope that if a BHVR worker sees this, they will check the record first and not assume that im lying.

I already tried the Observer Bot in the Support Center and sent an email, so yeah.

So? You bought a TV in a store, and a year later you see discount on it there, will you come to ask for refund? Or if it has become more expensive, do you come to pay extra? Is this how it works in your multiverse?

no, the discount was that massive price change a year ago. i bought the dredge before. i also didnt know u could get a refund so yeah… Also, im flagging this comment for unnecessary aggresion

It's not unnecessary aggression, it's common sense. As it says in Dead by Daylight's EULA it says you can't get a refund. The policy you listed was for cross progression, which would award players Shards if they brought a DLC from another console and own it on the account being linked to.

I dont think you understand what I meant. I bought Dredge like a year ago, when it was still 9000 iri shards. THEN it was PERMANENTLY changed to 4500 shards.
Heres what i mean:

You're obviously forgetting they also mentioned they did this automatically players that were affected by this as their ticket system was too filled with tickets like the issue you're complaining off. If you didn't get it refunded automatically, you're obviously not eligible for a refund. If you believe I am wrong, you send a ticket directly to Behaviour, not coming to the forums.

The post you're referencing was a specific incident when there was a sale incorrectly applied - it was resolved a year ago and players were automatically refunded.
Characters were recently reduced in price, however there is no way to apply for a refund for puchasing those characters earlier at the full price.
