Owned DLC that I don't have access to?

A few years back I had bought a copy of Dead By Daylight Nightmare Edition for my Xbox One, and after switching from Xbox to pc it slipped my mind because I wasn't in the spot financially to purchase the game again on my computer, a couple years later around march of this year i came to purchase the game again, the last time I had played being the 6th anniversary event on my Xbox, after buying the game back on my pc I progressed through the game normally for a few months until cross progression was announced, seeing the opportunity I jumped back on my Xbox and booted the game to set up cross progression between my steam account and Xbox account, everything transferred over except for the DLCs included with the nightmare edition copy, (Curtain Call, Shattered Bloodline, and Stranger Things, though i purchased the maddening darkness pack a few months before so it could be just stranger things) I'm not too sure if I'm being nit picky or not but I would like to have ownership of this DLC that I paid extra for way back when, it's even more infuriating that this is going on because the (albeit small amount) progression on the stranger things characters transferred over, which is slightly upsetting. Does anyone know what i should do about this other than just buy the Stranger Things DLC pack again?
