How do you blind the Killer?
How long does it take for a blind once you start? Why is it that sometimes I'll blind the killer when they're picking up a Survivor, get the Killer Blind points, but don't get the save 🤔

If that's happening, you're starting the blind too early, so the killer is still locked in animation when the blind goes through.
It's instinct for me at this point and of course a lot depends on what addons you have on the flashlight. This video gives a good guide as to when you need to start the blind (normally when the survivor is at around waist height on the killer, more or less :) )

If its blinding in the 2v8 mode you have to have perfect timing for it. The time you get for the blind save is less then a second on pick up lock out ends to hooking animation lock out starts.

and of course a lot depends on what addons you have on the flashlightwhat are you talking about? There is no addon that can alter flashlight blind timing

Flashlight brightness affects it from what we know. Things like the odd bulb speeds up blinding...and could throw off timing.

even in the video was said that it simply makes beam visually brighter for killer

*Shrug* what we know is the bulbs speed up blinding the killer and the only thing we can think of on them is brightness.

It used to be that way but it was removed a long time ago. Every flashlight blinds at the same speed no matter what kind it is or what add-ons it has.
