SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: it counted one vault and will not no matter the circumstances count any further

PLATFORM:

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: I tried vaulting 3x in a row in chase i tried spreading it out and nothing works
