SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: the twins when controlling victor cannot see any notifications, such as the bubbles when generators completed, exit gate bubbes, missed skilchecks, unhook notifications.

PLATFORM: steam

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: load into a game, hook a survivor, switch to victor, wait for them to get unhooked and youll notice you dont get notified. same works for when a gen is completed, you wont see the bubble pop up.
