As Wesker, Dashing in to a player that is crashing, soft locks the game

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: When you dash as wesker in to a player that is crashing (I think), it soft locks the match
PLATFORM: PC
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Load in a game as wesker, Smash in a survivor that is crashing, see result in vid, even if the damaged survivor is downed or DCed, it will not resolve the issue
