Fog Vials are invisible while in a chest

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
When opening a chest that contains a Fog Vial, the item is nearly completely invisible aside form a bit of smoke and the ropes by which the Survivors carry them. When placed on the ground, they are fully visible like normal
PLATFORM:
PC, Steam, Windows 11
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
Open a chest and have it contain a Fog Vial

Could you please attach the logs? Be sure they are taken right after encountering the issue.
To find them:
- Press the Windows Key + R to open the "Run" command.
- In the text box paste the following: %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\DeadByDaylight\Saved\Logs
- Click "OK" - this will open your Dead by Daylight Logs folder.
- If it does not open the Dead by Daylight Logs folder, it may mean that when installing Dead by Daylight you chose to save your files somewhere else and will need to check there.
- The file called "DeadByDaylight.log" is your log file

What's interesting is that the Fog Vial is only invisible initially, when you find one in a chest. Swapping another item from a chest with the Fog Vial you're carrying will make it visible like it's supposed to.
