I play as nightmare a lot and noticed my add-ons were taken away

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:I had 100 pill bottles as nightmare and they are gone. Also my bloodweb showed 3 Momento Mori and I only got two.
PLATFORM:PC
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:

PLAYER LOGS: I don't know how to upload a log.
