SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: playing 2 v 8 and a hooked survivor was in a cabinet corner and appeared to be unreachable to unhook

PLATFORM: PC

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: was playing 2 v 8 at Léry's Memorial Institute map against a ghostface and an dracula and when i went to go unhook a survivor it appeared i couldnt grab then and they were in a corner were a closet/cabinet was. they got moved as the killer was close cause he downed me while trying to get the survior
