possible new upcoming prestige reward skins??
With the 9.6.2 update that released today, Trapper and Dwight got a skin that’s marked as unavailable. these new skins are their default skin but with a red glow on them similar to the legacy skins. could these be a possible new prestige reward coming in the future or something else? what do YOU think?

Very, very interesting stuff.
As far as I'm aware they said they would not do cosmetics as prestige rewards, so my guess is that those skins will be tied to some sort of quest. Road to anniversary, perhaps?

These are not going to be for Prestige rewards…these are for the upcoming anniversary period, we just got a bit excited and and revealed too much too soon 😜

Correct me if I'm wrong but… 10 year anniversary and only 2 characters are getting good looking celebration skins? I really hope we're not going the route that overwatch took of just abysmal 10 year anniversary rewards lol.

Its quest rewards "leading up to" the anniversary. Anniversary will have its own entire set of stuff

We just got a rift with three separate licences for the 10th anniversary, idk why people are acting like rereleasing legacy outfits for the 10th anniversary is the only way BHVR has decided to celebrate.
We haven't even seen the anniversary chapter yet, nor the cosmetics it'll bring.

But since you're already here… I'd like to take this opportunity to ask you… reaching prestige 100 is no easy task. Of course, it's way easier if we have a ''one month bloodmoon event'' to aid us, but without it, it's no easy task. Could you guys think about a cosmetic, a full-body skin for us, as a reward? I think it would be great. I agree with my fellow players… the avatars are cool and all, but we have the feeling that there is something still missing after months of grinding.

there is no plan to introduce cosmetic rewards for P100, it's a choice players make - our stance on that has always been clear.

Nice to know critical thinking is absolute dog meat within the team lately.. 10th year anniversary but only 1 survivor and 1 killer get this cosmetic?? 4 survivors and 3 killers were available at launch of the game 10 years ago there's no way the team doesn't have the resources to make this skin for the 7 characters.. Next thing we know anniversary cakes won't be a thing this anniversary
