red spot of the killer
hi to all, and excuse my English, I often play as a killer, I wanted to know if the red spot indicating the direction where the killer is looking, if it is removed you have survival that are chased, let me explain myself better. the survivalists can see it ONLY if they are not pursued, once the killer pursues a servival, the same survival that is pursued does not see the red spot. what do you think?
I repeat, the red spot would disappear ONLY at the survival that is being chased at the same time, and once the killer loses sight of him, the survivor manages to escape, again the visible stain on the survival that has managed to escape is reworked.

I disagree, removing the red stain would be very bad for balance. Opens up opportunities for mindgames, but pretty bad for balance.

It's fine as it is now. Don't understand why exactly you want it changed.

Removing the red stain isn't a good idea. You can already hide it pretty well as killer so removing it would just take make mindgames easier for killer.

While the red stain can be used by a survivor to tell which way the killer is going in a chase, you can also take advantage of this with the killer by turning around. If the survivor is depending on it to survive, they'll think you turned around and went the other way and start sprinting towards you. It's a great way to mindgame and can get you plenty of hits if done correctly.

Since most killers try to hide it anyways, I could live without it as a survivor.

Honestly, Beast of Prey should be reworked to be a viable perk so the Killer has an option to spend a perk to mess with the red stain. Bloodlust is way too inconsistent a mechanic to rely on.

I'm not saying to remove it permanently, I just say to remove it from the survivor who is pursued by the killer. only in that case the machine would disappear for the time that the killer is chasing. but once the killer is sown, the red spot resumes itself for the survivor.
