I think we should update the ptb with new changes to find a good spot for Legion and the endgame.

There are suggestions that the Legion change here is just to hold people over until they can do something different, but would take time. If the new Legion isn't working for the majority of people, I'm sure they'll do something again. It will be good to take Susie out again.
