Anniversary Event Speculation
I'm just curious to hear what everyone thinks will be announced.
I'm guessing:
-Ghostface early preview and hopefully find out if there's going to be a survivor and map or not.
-Freddy Rework
-DBD on mobile
-Blood market announcement
-Anniversary Event activity info

They mention Drama and Cries so there could be an announcement about something that has caused many forum posts to be deleted today ;)

Oh yeah the battle pass stuff was being deleted as well. Those 3 things were generally the things being deleted.

Hopefully they give rank rewards also. I think everything else you said is certain to be on there.
I think the biggest question is how often they will update the dead pass (if added) after its released. Fortnite I believe does it every 3 months.

I really just want a battle pass or whatever version of a battle pass they want to add. I want a reason to grind out more games and play out all the games. I actually think it would help curb out some of the DCs as well. People want that juicy battle pass xp. I think dbd mobile could be cool but not if it isn't cross platform. That would just force them to spend resources on that game instead of the current game. That never ends well (looking at you Marvel Heroes) Blood market is a cool idea but it's not something i would get really hyped for. I'm mostly hyped for a battle pass and Ghostface (Scream is what got me into horror and has a really special place in my heart.) I hope the battlepass comes out before the next chapter. I think it would be cool to release it the week before or event two weeks before. As long as they add one I will be happy though.

The devs want to keep the game going for at least another five years, if memory serves.

A separate game mode would be a bad idea. It would split/divide the number of players queuing for each one. That would result in longer queue times. Especially if one of the game modes was a lot less popular than the other. No one would want to wait for 10+ minutes every match.

Summer doesn't end until the last week of September.
We are due another chapter in September 3 months after June/Ghost.
Servers will likely come with that.

If they mention anything to do with a battle pass coming into the game i will quit DbD instantly and it will just push me further towards Gold Express just recently saw it on steam, looks a lot like a reskin (humans and robots) of DbD but with different ideas on it.

My dream announcement would be that they are working on large map reworks. Not that they are almost done but just that the maps are being worked on and it's in the process.

He doesnt talk about a new game mode but he talk about they have plans for ranked and the emblem system for short, medium, and long time, so its really probably that we heard something about in the stream or in the incoming weeks.
