So firstly when does it begin? I've seen people say 8 pm eastern 13th and I've seen people say the 14th. Also why would they release Double Bloodpoints when they just fixed some issues with ghostface.

  Depending on timezones. Here in Europe, it'll probably be active on the 14th.
