Shelter woods and Balanced Landing

Seriously, why even no one hill is on this map? Why here i can use Balanced Landing only in the killer shack which probably will give slightly more than nothing?

  You can activate Balanced Landing dropping by a specific spot of the tree in the middle of the map, but it's not easy to pull off, for sure.

  Its too unreliable, i can easily take a free hit or falling will be too short for triggering the perk.

  Yeah, definitely not reliable. Maybe we'll get a hill in the future.
