Have a stream anyways. Just continuously act like you're going to announce or discuss something important for the game but instead just end up doing small talk for an hour and getting sidetracked constantly.

@NuclearBurrito That would be hilarious, someone at the start says something along the lines of "Later we'll have a big announcement..." but it is literally devs just talking about random stuff, maybe not even related to DbD. They could also throw in some bits of lore on "accident".
