How can i unlock a perk i bought from the shine of secrets?

I bought a perk of dwight fairfield in the shrine of secrets but i don't know how to unlock it thanks for responding me

  Once you buy a teachable, the perk will appear randomly in your characters' bloodwebs.

  What do you mean for instantly? It's RNG, so it could appear in your next bloodweb or in a future one.
