@KateDensonOneLove I just did by using "@" in front of a name you basically ping that person. So for example, by typing @KateDensonOneLove I mention you, so you get a notification.

All you can do right now is file a ticket with Support https://support.deadbydaylight.com/hc/en-us .
They will get back to you about this as soon as they are able, with the update coming out there may be some delay so please do not panic if you've not heard back for a few days.

I just noticed my Kate Denson top with the sunset is missing too?!? I wonder what happened? I haven't used her in awhile so not sure when it happened but it's definitely gone?

With 3.4.0. Event Cosmetics (and former exclusives, at least the majority of them) will be given out to all Players. The Event Cosmetics were stored at a place where it was possible that they got lost, so they are given out to every player.
This means, if you lost your Kate Cosmetic from the BBQ-Event, with Patch 3.4.0. you will have it back.
