First, that's outrageously uncommon. The very rare niche gen rush build requires luck with Bardic and set up in hanging around the killer's TR to get tokens on Stake Out. Even when I was running a Commdious with meta add-ons, Deja Vu, and old Streetwise I wasn't getting gens done that fast. Hard tunneling at 5 gens happens to me way more than someone bringing a build like that as either killer or survivor. Second, you said:

And I'm asking you in which ways these things have been punished by "they" which I assume is the devs.

Nah, that'd just water him down and remove texture from the game.
What I'd do is lower the camera transition time/scale it with distance (half a second at close range is painfully awkward when you're used to Nurse), make Impaling Wire basekit, and then maybe tweak the actual chain shot control to feel less clunky (less Overwatch's Mauga/Marvel Rivals' Thing dash control, more Overwatch's Reinhardt charge, if that makes sense). And of course just have better stick control/stick setting implementation in general.
Swamp needs a Killswitch
Swamp currently has a big Fat shame spot that survivors can fit but killers cannot and boy survivors are taking advantage of that. They can stay in the middle and never get caught.
Permanent Gen Blocking
If you use the perks Secret Project and Grim embrace if you have a Gen that's blocked by secret project and then proc Grim embrace that gen will be permanently blocked for the rest of the match!

So you're a newer player then? The game always feels like horror to new players but it's actually natural for that fear to fade. It's like if you watched the same horror movie multiple times, it eventually stops scaring you. You see that in your own post, with the folks who run circles trying to get the killers attention. They're not treating them like a "joke," they've just played long enough that all fear is gone and chase (generally the only unpredictable factor in the game) is the only thing that gives them that dopamine hit anymore.

This is the Anti Vault back protection Kaneki and Wesker have this cause Survivors can slide into there hitbox while they are scampering to immediately vault back before the Killer can hit them so they added this damage state to prevent survivors from doing that.
However this never really happens on Weskers because his scamper is pretty slow and sure can just make distance while he's doing that.
Ghouls however is a major problem since he can keep you in place and Scamper 2x faster then Wesker not only that but also apply a 50% hinder debuff on the survivor and if the ping is bad your just always going to get hit by this move. This needs to be fixed.

Still curious what you meant by that comment regarding last year. You weren't even on the Forums, nor do I recall the specific incident you are talking about. I'd appreciate some insight.
Likewise, I'd love to get you in a game sometime. I'm sure we're in different time zones, but it'd be fun to see how effective it really is.
As an aside, you kinda talk like how I remember @Prometheus1092 talking. I just think it's kind of funny how there's so many different people who all talk differently, but we end up getting some rare cases where it matches up lol.

I bring gen perks and a toolbox. It's not uncommon for me to touch all 5 gens that get done. I usually do one or two just by myself. So you'd be wrong there. But I also trade, heal, take protection hits, bodyblock, give free downs to stop tunneling, and participate in end game saves.
I love how you call them my rules all while simultaneously having multiple people expressing the same view to you in this very thread as though I cannot read.
Someone thanked you once. Amazing. Now tell me how many people have said less pleasant things as well. But this very specific scenario is different than the majority of what you say. I bring hatch offerings to my matches and we will also leave if someone is near shack and unreachable. That's completely different then just running out without a thought for the rest of your team, which is exactly what you did in the one and only match you've shared.
How the killer got to that 3k matters. If you had zero hooks all match but it ended at one gen up that could have been a team win.
