Re: Giving up seems to be so common now, why?
You have a very fundamental misunderstanding of how these systems work.
If even one survivor is standing, then neither hatch nor abandon is available (survivor humped for 4 minutes).
If hatch is available, then only the slug remains. They get humped until the killer moris them even if they get to see hatch, if they didn't have abandon as an option.
Every killer, base kit, can force survivors out or simply go break pallets and earn BP. Neither of those options are available base kit for slugged survivors. There's not even an equivalent of either of those for slugs, which is why they went with abandon as their imperfect, but better than nothing solution here.
Re: Pallet Density OVERLOAD
We've not adjusted pallet density this patch (and haven't for some months, since the last documented change) and have not been able to find issues on our side (nor have many other players). I suggest if you do encounter this in YOUR matches, then please grab your game logs and report it to us as a bug on Betahub as from what we're seeing, nothing has changed on the Live maps.

Re: 2v8 is not fun for killer anymore.
I played seven 2v8 survivor games today and didn't escape once lol everyone seems to stop doing gens once there's 1-2 left. I'm the only one trying to so naturally I'm the one who keeps getting found lol and I'm opting to play Scout most rounds because I don't get why the Scouts on my team never rebuild the pallets near the remaining gens. Those are the most important ones.
Re: Giving up seems to be so common now, why?
Judging from the veracity of your posts, you're not interested in any meaningful discussion.
Re: Giving up seems to be so common now, why?
"I just really dislike having comments disparaging personal feelings about some being blanket statements for anyone who disagrees"
If this is referring to my comment about some people being disingenuous, I can clarify that I do think people are being disingenuous when they suggest being able to crawl around to find hatch means being slugged is not a waste of someone's time.
Re: Giving up seems to be so common now, why?
They're definitely trolling, I wouldn't bother.
I force survivors out the gates constantly to ensure my time isn't wasted. It's easy. A survivor can't force a killer to hook or mori them in order to ensure their time isn't wasted. The abandon option was the solution to that, and fair enough. Too many folks purposely being disingenuous here because they want to feel victimised but the point is that everyone has options.
please add more in depth custom keybinding for qol updates
having multiple actions on a single button is annoying ill give some short examples:
when you play as killer and you down someone infront of a pallet/window/locker and the game for some reason prioritizes those actions i listed before instead of the survivor pickup, youre force to look a certain direction in order to get the pick up option and are vulnerable to flashlight saves, or waste time vaulting or breaking pallets.
when you play as survivor and are looping the killer and want to vault a window but a locker is nearby, and get locker vacuumed, you lose momentum and distance, exposing yourself to the killer and either going down, injured or grabbed.
these situations are very frustrating for both sides and can totally be eliminated by giving us more actionable keybinds, please separate these actions and let us decide what we want. those that prefer the current default same button multiple actions can keep it, and the rest of us could add more keybinds to those multiple actions.
so in conclusion please add keybinds to:
vaulting windows- killer and survivor
opening/entering lockers - killer and survivor
picking up survivors - killer
breaking/ vaulting pallets - killer and survivor
there may be more actions im forgetting but please add to game
