nobody likes or plays Freddy, but i do it in your honour once in a while! I was actually sad Freddy got bugged in the last patch with Houndmaster because I was on a Freddy kick.

Freddy is in a weird spot as he's really strong, has strong built in counterplay, and isn't very exciting so everybody just forgets he exists.

I just love using the Houndmaster perks on him to keep the extend-a-lunge Freddy meme alive. I use Jagged Compass to find the most progressed generator and then I jump off a cliff while teleporting to arrive with a big lunge with All Shaking Thunder.

my last match, I decided to tunnel a Nancy and she dead handed me good so I dropped her, which boosted her ego and she started spam vaulting, which i don't respond to. but this time I said "you wanna keep going? alright, stay right there..." and walked to the crocus prenn main building to jump off and teleport to her.

I've tried my best taking off the houndmaster perks but they're just too cozy to me for Fredster.

it just feels bad to get easy wins when I know the survivors simply do not understand how Freddy works I've never enjoyed winning like that

It's situational. You need good game sense. If the killer is on the other side of the map chasing someone, I am healing under the hook.

But I get your frustration. Blame matchmaking. You are more seasoned than the teammates the game gives you, just so it can fill up some slots quickly. Today's players have no patience to wait for quality matches, and that sucks.

Does anyone think having an adept mode would be fun/interesting? It could be once a month for a week.

When I play soloq, it’s incredibly frustrating seeing someone rat for the entire match because they’re trying to get their adept. But, it can be a fun challenge on killer.

who knows, man. vecna had a bug where he lunged slower than other killers.

I love what this character can do. Feels incredibly rewarding to play and do well with him, but a team that knows his counterplay won't make it easy.

My only complaint is that having hold-to-teleport AND power toggle on the same button can result in some… friction.

i remember last year the devs did a community stream and at one point they were talking about the frank stone skin for trapper being scrapped because the team was still “looking at ways to integrate frank stone into the game, either as a chapter or a skin etc” they said something like that. we’ve had no news since and i would love an update. praying for a full chapter with sam green as a survivor!! if any dev sees this would love an update if at all possible :) ty

What you know is what we know. However, with the 10 Year Anniversary weeks away and the way the team has spoke about how big and exciting it'll be, I wouldn't write off a possible Frank Stone/The Champion chapter update.

Frank deserves to be playable in the game, he's literally already in the Fog.

Darth Vader just doesn't work. if his lightsaber m1 doesn't one hit down then what's the point.

also, force choke would be incredibly unfun and toxic for survivor. y'all thought kidnap tech was bad? a Vader that doesn't force choke isn't Vader.

Vader is a character you'd want to be slow like Nurse so yeah...idk I don't see the vision.

I would much rather be given Jaws.

I think he's fine where he is. I dont have too much to say as i never really was a Freddy player, but i do miss the Hubris/Spirit Fury/Enduring dream pallet combo i used before his rework. Also imo the way he placed Dream Pallets down before his rework felt more smooth, after the rework i dont like the extra bit of time it takes to complete the animation to place one.

Edit: i forgot to mention one thing i dont like is how survivors can tell that dream pallets are fake, now you lose the element of suprise when they drop the pallet not realizing its fake. I know Dream Pallets are now a ranged form of attack but i do miss pre reworked dream pallets.
