Will the feature to remove crows by getting into lockers against The Artist ever be removed?
As an artist main this feature completely counters her most fun and skill expressive part of her power - her snipes. The Artists pick rate is already one of the lowest in the game and this easy and boring counter to her doesn't help. In my opinion The Artist has fallen behind in modern dbd and a small change like this would help her climb back up and become more fun to play. Please consider removing this feature as it does nothing but hurt The Artists most fun playstyle.
Re: Lightborn - needs a rework!
Its one of the few perks in the game that helps ease "killer anxiety" as playing against a team of people with flashlights/flashbangs/blastmines on discord so that they always drop in an area where if you pick them up as the killer, you are either getting hit with a pallet, or blinded by 2 people at once. This perk removes that particular stress of being in a situation where there is nothing you can do except start slugging everyone.
I don't personally rely on it myself as im confident in how to avoid blinds when picking up, but a newer or less adept player who just wants to get used to the role, usually enjoys that perk greatly and will bring it even if the team doesn't start with flashlights. Removing that perks ease of use will cause several killer players who aren't as comfortable playing that role, stop playing the role entirely as flashlight/flashbangs truly are one of the most annoying parts of playing killer role.
Working that hard to get someone down only for it to reset everytime you pick someone up is not fun, and encourages team slugging. At the very least there arent much for perks to combat sabo squads besides walking faster and farther with 2 perk slots
Re: Is this ok ? If i dared to hook anyone at any point i would have lost this match .
Ironically , hooking in the current meta feels the wrong choice. Playing """"""correctly""""""""" (alternating hooking on the survivors) feels less and less the correct choice.
At least they will adress fast track soon. Hope they address toolboxes soon too, giving weaker killers more room to breath and play casually.
PS: Shoulder the Burden is an ABERRATION OF A PERK and shouldn't exist too. It punishes much more a killer who is alternating hooks among survivor than a killer who is hard tunneling.
Re: Is this ok ? If i dared to hook anyone at any point i would have lost this match .
Ghoul is still good killer but people missed last nerf which was remowing his hitbox on his leap vault (same thing wesker has) and making it so survivor van vault through him when he is vaulting with his power which made his antiloop very loose.
Plus bugs, I dont remeber time I havent seen so outrages ghoul bug some may help him bit some may make him worse and all of them are just wrong and bad thing.
Re: If nemesis would have been reworked?
Yh it's just a matter of balance, it's easy to want buffs when it's your favourite killer, just need to look at it objectively.
Re: Now that we know the killer will only be revealed after the first injury...
This isnt bad idea.
Re: Why no Ghoul Nerfs???
Yall need to stop making changes on usage or performance and start asking why everyone is using those specific characters over let's say trapper or pig. Maybe its because youre punishing one side for doing their objective and rewarding mistakes for the other? Veteran survivors dont need the same hand holding that baby survivors do but you treat all survivors the same, then instantly nerf killers 2 weeks after release because everyone plays them and is trying to figure their power out. Including survivors, who are obviously going to lose a bunch while learning. That doesnt mean the killer is overperforming, just that survivros havent learned how to counter them yet!!! For some reason every killer recently has gotten nerfed because you listen survivors who dont even know how use the HUD right in front of their faces! Ive been saying this since 2017, stop nerfing the dang killers! Lol
Re: Is this ok ? If i dared to hook anyone at any point i would have lost this match .
Bro ghoul got insta nerfed a week after release and is extremely clunky now. Stop acting like hes some super brain dead killer to play. He still loses to a decent survivor team. His power goes on cooldown every 3 seconds now because of bad survivors not wanting to learn how to not hold w
Re: Is this ok ? If i dared to hook anyone at any point i would have lost this match .
this is literally my matches from the last two weeks . Over 70% escape rate . Survivor with a team of good players is literally free wins majority of matches . They are balancing around solo queue which i agree is bad to play because the average survivor does not care to learn the game .the few times we lost was because of a new player joining discord and it is very clear when your team has a weak link . The moment you play with a team that is good this game becomes trivial at the balance team aparently doesn't care . Any survivor whinning about tunnleing and slugging would never have survived 2016/2020 era dbd 😂
Re: Survivors doing gens solo is an issue
Indeed. It's wild survivors expect to get the win without having to earn it. I mostly play killer with some survivor mixed in. As a survivor I don't mind earning it. I just hate when the killer I'm against employs some tactic like hard tunneling at 5 gens or full lobby slugging with full aura build. It isn't NEEDED to win. It can help in some situations but to apply it to every game you play is crazy.
