I run the year 4 crown every game lol not sure what you mean about "nobody cares about these items anymore," sounds like a personal problem if people lose interest in an item just because they can't feel special anymore.

That would cause them to just put out slob of the IP to keep the rights. Like how that would be anyway a positive thing for any IP?

Can you increase the ability's cooldown? Can you reduce the ability's range?
They already kinda did that? If you break a Pallet you go on cooldown. Also the range was shortened in one of the first patches for him.
Can you limit the number of jumps in the rage mode?
Outside of Rage he has two, in rage only one more. why should i even enrage when theres nothing for me yet where the vaulting is trash?
And finally, please do something about the bugs after landing, where he can almost immediately hit a survivor with an M1.
You mean the power canceling? thats not a bug…
Why does his ability block the exit gates when the Animatronic for this needs an ADDON???
It blocks but ff you stay at the blocked gate ghoul has no chance picking u up in time. But Animatronic can with the Add-On literally grab you, Ghoul can't. Just run/crawl against the blocked gate and you'll be fine
He got nerfed plenty of times, even recently where his vault got useless cause you just vault back and he has to watch you do it…

It's almost as if the licensed things we DO get have to be pre-made, shown to and pitched to the license owner, and approved by them after they come to an agreement. Not every franchise is going to say yes to being in DbD. They also can't just add another companies intellectual property without getting a cease and desist or possibly just shut down in general. So, "easily" seems like lack of knowing how they get licensed killers, survivors, maps, etc to begin with.

I don't think so as it takes into account all the maps all the people have played in when choosing. I myself have not seen same map happen unless there is four between if it was not brought with an offering. You might have missed the offering if that is the case. Still if it was recent you could check the stats site if it indeed happened and if there was an offering for it?
edit. Wiki says its possible but its very unlikely I have not seen it the whole time I have been collecting the data. Still even they state that same map is not possible to get in a row without using an offering, but seems there is very unlikely chance of getting the same map after that and I think the four matches in between it resets at least that is what my data seems to indicate.
