If you're the one on hook, it's mostly out of your control:

• Teammates need to be able to not rush an unhook, and the gen jockeys can't be too sneaky if the Killer is patrolling so you're not the obvious target if the Killer doesn't find anyone, ideally they also have perks that help you move away from the hook faster.
• Use the Lithe Exhaustion perk to gain distance and hopefully reach a tile if in a dead-zone.
• Bring Jill Valentine's Resurgence Perk to get healed off hook fast, but that does rely on the Killer not literally being on your neck.
• Can also bring Decisive Strike if it's far too common an occurrence.

But it's also largely Killer dependent. Against the better anti-loop Killers you're gonna have a bad time, and can only hope your teamates are juicing every second of your sacrifice timer.

i can also name things that survivors have been gutted.

iron will used to be trash until its buff to 100%. for years and much longer than sm has been gutted for.

fog-vials got gutted and havent recovered for 6 months. (and arent garantied to be buffed unlike sm)

distortion has been gutted for over a year and it hasnt recovered. (no garantie to be ever changed)

these problems didnt take 2 years to adress. everytime killer has a slight whiff of a problem, it got immediately nerfed, gutted or reworked within months.

meanwhile we are still waiting for ghoul to be even rebalanced. even after his numberous bugs that he didnt get killswitched for. in 9 months.

People love to say DS but the stun is so short now it's pretty much useless againt killers like Henry. I had a teammate use it the other day and as soon as he recovered he hit or with a vine attack and she went down again. Bought her about 3 seconds. That and aura has been huge on him. You try to Lithe away and he just picks you up with I'm All Ears or follows you and looks for you healing with Nurse's Calling. Elusive off-hook making it out of the ptb would have helped a bit.

by running full anti-tunnel or having 2000 hours as survivor.

Trolling friends is one thing, yeah, cause everyone is in on it, but I'd never even think to do something like this to some poor random, especially when they've probably been helping me all match. It's kind of unfathomable, to be this much of a silent bully for no reason at all.

My opinion, don't 99 a gate and leave without good reason. Be able to open so if a teammate is being chased, they don't need to stop for the door opening animation.

I see you like a toxic community. Its pretty easy to spread it in DBD. Just screw one guy over. Then they ruin it for some other people and then they multiply again.

And if you do it as killer to survivors or the other way around, it works even better. I know some players who really hate the other side. Every single player on the other side. I could argue, but some people just like a toxic environment, so what can i say?

Yeah and those people think they are so special and funny bc they screw their teammates over. There are plenty of games with the goal to betray, but people who do it in "normal" games are just weird.

Then they say its just a game, but that also applies to many outdoor hobbies. It would be like playing football and your goal is to kick the ball over a fence, so the others get screwed over. Nobody would think thats acceptable.
