Re: Killer should be stunned if they attack someone who just jumped off hook
Bubba is really the only killer that can do this…Otherwise it works as intended.
Why is Trickster the worst killer on his own map?
The new map looks amazing and captures the urban feeling very well but is honestly a nightmare to play with trickster. U got so many corners that can break line of sight, a lot of good vaults that lead into good pallets that you cant really play around without breaking them and even loops that u can't keep chase in cause ur just to slow and that in theory are infinite cause the vaults never block cause u keep losing chase. U got strong vaults right next to a shop with a glass wall to make sure that you can't even mindgame it cause survivors can just see u through the glass. Like with huntress u at least only need short los to do some damage but trickster is just screwed on this map.
Im sry but this is just a nightmare gameplay wise and needs a rework imo
Re: Why is Trickster the worst killer on his own map?
A lot of killers are not good on their own maps.
Garden of joy sure as heck is not good for Dredge. Red Forest is buns for Huntress. Pig doesn't have fun on the pallet town that is Gideon. I doubt Freddy thrives on Badham. And so on….
Re: I somewhat understand the tunneling now
Pallets being unsafe doesn't matter when there are 50 of the ######### things on maps, a pallet being unsafe only matters if you loop them and survivors have no need to loop pallets anymore because there is a pallet every god damn 5 meters from each other.
Windows is both my favorite and least favorite perk.
I both love and hate the perk because it's a crutch. As killer its annoying to be taken perfectly to every window and pallet without the survivor needing any effort on their part to think on their feet. (Especially since it doesn't have a cooldown like it used to for some godforsaken reason) However bringing blindness makes it absolutely hilarious. (Side note, can we get some more blindness perks? Like there is a lot of aura reading on both sides now, wouldn't be bad to have more options) Since, a lot of, people who use the perk almost always use it the second they get blindness they usually get downed because they have no idea how to string loops/tiles together without it. Now some people who use it don't have this issue, but its funny to see those that do.
Killer should be stunned if they attack someone who just jumped off hook
Your anti-hook camping system still doesn't work. I just got camped in the basement in Glenwood by a bubba who chainsawed me as soon as I jumped off, and I couldn't even make it to the top of the stairs and out the window before he downed me. If you're going to give players the ability to jump off the hook, you should stun the killer if they attack the person, otherwise the entire mechanic is useless.
Re: Why do survivors benefit from mistakes
The game is designed around survivor mistakes. Survivors have all the tools in the world to succeed. The killers are designed where their success depends on their ability to capitalize on survivor mistakes. Survivors who play perfectly will always win. Killers who play perfectly can still lose. The exceptions of course are blight and nurse which are just flat out broken - happy to see nerfs coming their way.
Re: DBD's high cheating player base
Wish I read all the comments, you've answered most of what I replied with.
Perhaps I answered my question that money is the reason cheating is encouraged in this game but for years this could have been a much fairer and balanced game at a basic core level.
Re: Windows is both my favorite and least favorite perk.
You still have zero knowledge IF survivors will be at said gen. You have 7 different options to go to…
Mind you, I've only played survivor the last year or 2. I wouldn't mind if they changed it to a perk.
WoO is still OP, imo. And it shows, since everyone and their mother is using the perk every single match.
