Okay what the actual
Ok I keep going up against Oni's and Billiy's just to watch them do crap that isn't actually possible in game, for example PERFECTLY NAVIGATING AND TURNING 360 DEGREES DURING POWER like no, I played both of these characters and it's clear as day these people are using exploits because what they're doing in physically impossible. I'm not talking about the last second flick hits I'm specifically talking about how these cheaters are turning full corners with full control as if they were survivors whereas when I play them I am forced into some bs angle where I turn slower than the last Trump braincell after a gunshot rings out, on top of that I got aimbotting wallhacking Huntresses running amuck like actually ######### is going on????????? This is getting annoying, again. BHVR, do something. **chuckles in knowing that nothing will likely happen**
Re: Hillbilly chainsaw spam and power creep.
Ever heard of the overheat times? They tried this. It ruined the character to the point they became a hazard to play unless you used them for just curve testing. Which you didnt really care you lost you were just there for survivors enjoyment to see if youd curve or not. Both survivors and killers did not want that for a killer they wanted him to be threatening again. (And for good reason) so we got the overdrive update which was ironically one of the most popular midchapter ptbs not just because we got Alan wake but because of the billy update as well. And he got some changes afterwords to make him not as overbearing. Which is how he is now and I think hes still the most balanced of the A to S. Not good on indoor maps or high condensity unless you really know how to curve compared to killers like ghoul or blight. So, agree to disagree.
Re: Is Ghoul actually a problem or is it a skill issue?
Survivors learned with skull merchant that if they cry en-mass the game breaks and BHVR bends then knee. They'll eventually get to ghoul based on quit rates just like they did for skull merchant (If they balance back to avoid becoming the next VHS, HSH, or TCM remains to be seen).
Sudden crashes after patch?
My game simply crashed in the middle of a match and did not open that black screen with an error code to at least guide me on what exactly happened. My friend's client also crashed yesterday, after the patch. Now I am facing a 5 minutes penalty and if I d/c again, it's 15 minutes, then 1 hour, then god knows how much.
Turn off the d/c penalty until you fix this bug, please.
And no, my computer is not a toaster. It's a ryzen 7 9700x + rtx 5070ti + 32ram + 2tb nvme ssd, and prior to yesterday's patch, I wasn't crashing out of nowhere, meaning that sh*t started happening after the patch.
Re: Did you know: Play While You Wait is now available in 1v4!
Ive been playing more killer matches because of how good it transitions between killer and survivors ques. super easy to play two or three survivor matches then have a fun killer match
Re: Hillbilly chainsaw spam and power creep.
Spoken like a survivor who has never played him.
Re: Will DBD be upgraded for nintendo switch 2?
Be nice to see DBD for Switch 2 perform at least as well as it does on the Steam deck. I think I read somewhere that Switch 2 will have similar specs, so hopefully performance will be equivalent to DBD on low settings with at least 60 fps.
That said, I don't actually think DBD runs too badly in handheld mode on a Switch Lite. I tend to view Switch DBD as the portable version of the game. The version I play mostly when I'm visiting my family and away from home. So I'm not in any hurry to upgrade to Switch 2 just yet.
Performance when playing docked is a rough experience and ping is consistently higher on Switch. It also looks pretty terrible on a big screen. If they can address those issues for the Switch 2 version, I'll be happy. I wouldn't even mind if we just got a flawless, slightly improved version of the current DBD Switch experience for Switch 2, though I'm sure it will eventually be upgraded specifically for the platform in time.
There's got to be limit to the number of system BHVR can realistically support though, so I guess we'll see.
Re: Will DBD be upgraded for nintendo switch 2?
yeah hopefully there won't be an additional fee to upgrade but even if they decide to charge an upgrade fee i wouldn't mind paying for it as long as they enhance it on switch 2
Re: ETA on Nemesis Killswitch in 2v8?
Great, you should post it so the devs can see it and fix the issue.
Re: ETA on Nemesis Killswitch in 2v8?
I have yet to see this. I have played him a lot and gone against him a lot. I haven't seen anything more than the usual amount of zombies. (4)
If this bug is true, then he will need to be killswitched, however they are gonna want to see video evidence.
