Re: Is The First OP?
I'm not sure whether I'd consider him OP, but he suffers from a problem that a few killers have that I personally cannot stand, which is my teammates actions leading to a disadvantage in my chases. It's the same with Myers and Oni, where the killer will charge their power on my teammates, and I'm the one who gets punished for it. Really drives me up the wall.
Re: Are Fog Vials Bugged?
They honestly don't feel like they do anything anymore, even what they're supposed to do. There's a tiny gap in scratch marks that's barely worth mentioning, I don't feel like they have much affect against aura read anymore, and you can see people right through them. It's as if they continue to get worse except for on like three maps.
Show the Pings BHVR
I feel like I should be able to know if I'm going against an individual with bad ping BEFORE I'm actively in the game with them.
It's already no secret that the game is killer sided when it comes to hit boxes. Lagging killers almost always get hits they shouldn't if they're de-synced from the survivors..
But it feels like you're almost trapping us by not letting us know before hand.
There was no addressing tunneling because killer mains complained about it, but you have tunneling and then mix it with bad ping? Not an enjoyable match in the least.
Let it be up to me if I want to go against someone with 100+ ping or not.
Re: Which killer is the most balanced?
I'd probably pick Wraith.
He's broadly good without being a top tier, which is about where you'd be looking for the "most balanced" in a game like this. He's reasonably versatile without excelling at anything, having a bit of stealth, a bit of anti-loop, a bit of mobility, etc. He's not really screwed over by which map you load in on (at least insofar as his power specifically, not counting maps that suck universally for all killers), he has a very solid spread of addons, and he's reasonably versatile when it comes to what perks he wants to run.
He's capable of performing at higher levels but requires effort to do so, rewarding character specialists without being inaccessibly difficult.
He's kind of a perfect midpoint for a lot of the things you'd measure in a discussion like this.
Will we ever have a Perk Pass?
The term Addon Pass refers to when a killer gets a complete overhaul to their addons, but will we ever receive a perk pass? I dont refer to any set of perks in general, what i'm talking about is taking a look at perks that are never used because they are too weak like territorial imperative, still sight ect ect. The staleness caused by the years long meta we have been stuck in could be lifted and maybe if weak Killer and Survivor perks get updated it would lead to more varied games other than the same old we have had.
Re: Is The First Addons OP?
yeah the rabbit and roller skate feel pretty mandatory to account for the weaknesses of undergate attack.
Re: Damn playing a low tier killer is Horrible right now.
No no no, you don't get it. These are The Greatest Players Who Ever Lived. When they lose, its entirely because the game is unbalanced and broken. It's not their fault, ever.
It is your fault when you get tunneled, slugged, and camped though. That's different.
Re: Is there any sort of ETA on a Midwich fix?
I personally think its weird they know its a issue but keep midwhich as one of the weighted maps when its bugged.
