SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:

Huntress's Hatchets will hit a survivor without damaging them. The hit sound effect will play, along with the blood splatter and obstructed hit visual effects. This appears to have been an issue in the past, but is now much more prevalent since recent patches.

PlayStation. Confirmed with third parties on PC and other consoles.

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:

Unable to determine exact scenario for reproduction. Occurs randomly, but consistently, in almost every match played. Occurs at close, mid, and long range. Occurs with both direct hits and hits that just clip survivor hitboxes. Occurs in the open and around obstacles. Occurs with both moving and stationary targets. Throw a lot of hatchets, see if they hit, basically.
