Nurse's speed changed?

Recently played a game against nurse as op she was able to run me down without teleport...
Everytime ive used the nurse (only lvl 11 with her) she's been considerably slower then survivors

Maybe she was using an addon that increases her movement speed slightly or turns her in to a basic M1 Killer for 60 seconds. But normaly she is slower than Survivors.
