Stealthy Survivors Need A Small Buff
Not sure what would be the best way to go about but buffing perks like Lightweight & Calm Spirit is probably a good start. Playing stealthy is just so ineffective unless you’re playing Iron Will + Urban Evasion Blendette which even then doesn’t fool most players in high ranks.

I suggested something for it awhile back to where if you fall from a 2nd story building or cliff your characters grunts and noises made are reduced by a certain amount in addition to what it already does. Either or would be great.

I think the biggest thing that would help is to redesign some of the maps to make it easier to juke.

Immerse survivors do not need a buff. I swear to god I hate immerse survivors. I do not want immerse survivors on my team. I will literally flashlight TF out of you and bring the killer to you. Immerse survivors are like a cancer, a plague, Ahhhhhhhhhh. D:

Immersion doesn't need a buff. Stealth and juking needs a buff.
I still think No MIther should have the ability : "You leave no scratch marks."

I had a match as huntress that took 18 min because I didnt found anyone and the only option was to patrol around gens but still found noone. After I killed the first 2 at 6min in game the other 2 decided to immerse for there lifes. That was not fun at all, survivors call killers tryhard when they just try to kill but for my opinion immerse survivors are the true tryhards.

The two don't really have the same connotation. Immersed survivors are thought of as those who stealth so hard that they do pretty much nothing else and drag down the team significantly.
As you can see, OP didn't mean to say that immersion should be buffed, but that a stealthy, as opposed to aggressive, gameplay style should be made more viable.

This is more triggering for me than saying nerf ds, Adrenaline and dead hard. Instead of buffing immerse survivors why don't we do something better.

Stealth gets buffed with every patch they mess with sound in-game (with is pretty much every bigger update). I used to be able to hear that Blendette breathing on the other side of the Jungle Gym, but now I sometimes won't even hear her if she is right next to me.

Make Lightweight silence your footsteps and Calm Spirit silence the grunt when falling.
That way with the build:
* Lightweight
* Calm Spirit
* Quick and Quiet
* Iron Will
You will be completely silent and the Killer will be forced to rely on visuals to track you (for which the scratch Mark's will fade quickly).

Balance is more important, and it makes more sense for it to be lightweight anyway.

Quick and Quiet should remove the slight sound made when slowly entering/exiting the locker or when vaulting slowly

Yes it would be a nice alternative for playing aggressive with exhaustion perks and ds.

I know right.
Personally I like to run a medic build. Because anti-heal meta math doesn't hold up when you heal twice as fast and you don't need perks to loop.

Yes, this game was supposed to be an horror game, the powerful killer against the scary survivors that must be careful that killers don't find them. Right now if a killer see a survivor, the survivors can just loop him for five gens and then escape, when the main idea was that pallets were a small help so survivors could hide.
