Since the new nurse rework there is a achievement that require a grab after doing 3 or more blinks. This is pretty hard to do now because there is only 1 add-on that increase blink, but it prevents the nurse from blinking through the wall. The achievement is call From the void she kills.

    There seems to be a lot of Hard challenges nowadays because of some changes.

    Take Left Behind for example
