I say they should rework the OP killers and then balance from there.
That being said, I thought old nurse and current spirit are fine (apart from prayer beads).
Doc on the other hand, is IMO the second strongest killer in the game, right behind Plague, due to them having little to no counter on their base kits.

Devs only player survivor and get buttmad like little kids when they lose, this is why they're always nerfing killers.

2k is a loss for the Killer and 2 Survivors.
I don't see the problem here. It's an average, not the mode.
2k average means half the time the Killer will 4k.
Not even that you specifically will only 4k half the time, but that the sum of all Killers will 4k only half the time.
Increasing the Kill rate would actually make that ratio go down ironically.

But even given their time frame it is not not right. Might as well rush it so the players can bug test it, because they don't know how to. They worry more about their other game and getting more paid stuff then fixing their own mess they sold the players on.
