Did anyone else not get the rank reset
When I loaded up dbd it said rank reset occured and I was at rank 11. After that though the game still said I was a rank 4 but all my friends said they got it.
Anyone else have this happen

It's either a visual bug or Rank Reset didn't register your new ranks for some reason... which means it's either delayed or bugged. Play a game or two (If you haven't already) and see if it changes or not, it could just be delayed and needed to catch up a bit...
If it's still at the same rank you were last season and you want your rank to be set to the proper rank it's supposed to be, than please contact support through the link below and submit a ticket.

I did play few games with some friends after that and I was still a rank 4 the weird part was that my killer rank did reset but the survivor rank didnt
I'll probaly try to contact support so I can get the rank reset sense seeing a rank 4 day 1 of rank reset seems crazy

I saw some Red ranks today anyways, either they have the same issue or they got there pretty fast somehow...
You'd have to play like the entire day every second to get back to Red Ranks, despite Red Ranks not being that hard to get to still... (In comparison to before the patch, it's a lot better than before... but it's still not that hard to get to.)
