Will Nurse's Calling ever come back to The Shrine of Secrets?
I remember seeing it twice in the beginning of the year. I've saved up on iridescent shards (currently at 5,640) and I'm just waiting to see if it'll ever pop up. I don't use Nurse, I'm bad with her and I don't want to spend all my bloodpoints on her (she's currently a level 19). Will that perk ever show up on the Shrine again?

One day, but all of Nurse's perks are useful even though you won't use her.
She's sorta fun though, if you learn her.

The Shrine of Secrets is entirely random, so perks like Nurse's, BBQ, Ruin, Etc... might not come to the shrine for awhile for example, due to so many perks being in the game now.
It might not even be those specific perks that don't come around often... you might not see perks like Blood Warden or Decisive Strike show up to the Shrine for ages!
It's entirely random, no perk is singled out because it's meta or weak.
