Protection Hits
Why do you not earn protection hits when defending someone who is exposed, whether it is make your choice, Rancor, Ghost face, you should be rewarded for protecting your teammates and helping them to outlast the exposed effect. Another thing, taking hits for someone completing an action, whether you're body blocking for a hex totem, to help complete an almost finished generator, or just to prevent an oblivious teammate from getting yoinked by a stealth killer, I feel like both of these scenarios you should be rewarded for looking out for your teammates and preventing the killer from downing them.

They may as well make it so protection points are given for taking a hit near a healthy survivor, I mean clearly you are protecting them whether intentionally or not. I think even then Mettle of Man wouldn't become broken since you would still have to get injured three times for it to activate, and three injures means doing a lot of healing in the mean time.
