Changing the perk Object of Obsession into a stackable perk.

I had an idea while chatting in the game-discussion on the official DBD-Discord-Server.

So here is my idea for the Perk:

Make it so at the beginning of the match you would have 3 Stacks which lets you see the killer for 4/6/8 seconds. You can use 1 stack every 15 seconds after you saw them for that time.

You can re-charge your stacks by being IN a CHASE for 22/24/26 seconds.

You can only use your Object of Obsession stacks while being in the state "healthy" and out of the terror-radius with the activation button (default E).

What do you guys think?

I would like to have a nice and civil discussion about it.
