I think Premonition is too weak

Just make this perk like Spine Chill

No cooldown, perk is lights when you looking at killer side

Very simple buff, not it?

    Or ,as someone mentioned it a couple months back, give it an aura reading with it.

    For 2 seconds you get an aura of the killer, then it goes on cooldown for like maybe 20-30 seconds
