Killers should be able to rebuild Hex Totems

Why can't killers rebuild Hex Totems? It should take up a decent amount of time and give them another objective, which could be nice. Maybe they can only do it once a match? And perhaps they can only build the totem where a totem in the match has already been destroyed, allowing them to potentially pick between the 5 locations (if all five are destroyed at that time) or less if that's the case. I think it would be a cool idea so long as it wasn't something the killer could do in the blink of an eye. Maybe to slow it down they go collect bone pieces from other destroyed totems and once they get 3 or something then they can do it? Just an idea.

Just imagine, killer had 3 tokens on Devour Hope, it gets destroyed but he decides to rebuild it in completely diffrent location (while it still keeps the tokens)

Killers aren't the ones in need of additional objectives, they have enough to do as it is.

Also, the whole point of hex totems is that they can be destroyed. Hex perks are meant to be high risk, high reward. The perk is powerful if you can get use out of it, but you run the risk of it getting destroyed before you're able to utilise it properly. Implementing even the possibility of reenabling hex perks once they've been destroyed would make them far too powerful.
