Triple Error Windows and other "Unknown Errors" on PS4

There's plenty of times when I'm queuing up for survivor and when it says "Connecting..." it just pops up three red Error windows back to back saying connection could not be reached or something similar. I have to press the X button all three times to dismiss them and sometimes it happens consecutively before finally landing a lobby.

And more often than not, I'm in the Survivor/Killer menus and suddenly I get kicked back to the main screen with a blue Unknown Error window...

Has anyone experienced the same issue? On any other platform even?
