So, after the first time i read what this perk does i was thinking "Oh, this perk is gonna be at least semewhat usefull on Oni", but after thinking awhile i was like, why would i use think perk instead of Sloppy Butcher? It makes survivors bleed immediately, witch oni highly benefits from, and makes healing speed slower. So heres the idea.

After hitting a survivor, all other survivors within you terror radious will have hemorage and exhaustion effect for 45 seconds. This perk would be fun to use due to combo potential it has with other perks. Bloodhunt, disstresing, or M&A.

    I think it might still be good the way it is - It punishes staying injured. (also its gonna combo good with Legion and Plague)

    In best scenario, it limits your perks slots to 3, while limiting survivors perk slots also to 3 (assuming they all took exhaustion perks and no mither). Killers depend on perks more than survivors do. So that's in survivors favour.
