does needle thread and surgical suture still stack when it comes to making a skill check pop up as in both together give u a 25% chance of triggering a skill check or is it only one at a time

It should, if it didn't it would say "This add-on does not stack."
But it doesn't say that, so it still should be able to.

Some add-ons say if they stack or not but most of the time, if an add-on doesn't specify if it stacks or not, it's safe to assume it does.
