Prove Thyself buff?

It works like Up The Ante now -> For every alive survivor get 1/2/3% buff to repair, cleansing, healing itp.
But i think we would have to change the number slighty down.

    Prove thyself is just a worse version of leader. Why give yourself 3% repair speed when you can give 9% to another survivor. Don't know why it hasn't been buffed yet.

    If def needs a buff but should still be based around you needing to be around other survivors.
    Having a 9%(ish) buff right at the start of the match doesn't seem right.

    Maybe the #'s need to be increased a bit and allow the buff to be active for a certain amount of time that you were around others. So you're around another survivor for a bit but they take off, you still get the buff of being around them. So on having been around 2 or 3 others. The longer you're around your team, the longer the buff lasts.

    This stops the buff from happening right off the bat if you didn't spawn near others and doesn't give the buff just for others being alive. It also uses the whole point of Dwights perks of trying to be around / work with others to complete objectives.

    EDIT: Wish they would give Leader some assist point buffs for others benefiting from it.
    So if you're standing there while someone opens the gate, breaks a totem, sabo a hook, or there's no space for you on a gen but you stick around to give the buff to the team - you get some points from it.
