So where do I go to report this
So short version, so person lost the match pretty hard, my first time really playing huntress. And after the match he peeks at my profile (It's a Poochyena Picture from Pokemon....) and immediately starts flaming me with this. Sooooooooo where do I actually go to report this kind of toxic behavior? (Not sure if this is allowed, but I censored everything out.) This is actually the first time i've ever been flamed this bad

It's okay to post here, since you censored the names.
You need to report him in-game during that postgame screen using the report button next to his name (the one with the thumbs up/thumbs down symbol). Probably for Harrassment/Communication Abuse.
You can also optionally submit a support ticket at support.deadbydaylight.com with additional evidence to back up your report such as screenshots (which don't have to be censored in the case of a support ticket, and in fact probably shouldn't be because it makes it easier for them to identify the player you're reporting).

Honestly, unless i't a blue moon on Friday the 13th and you just won the lottery and on the news you hear world peace, all disease , poverty and starvation have been annihalated; no more war, and aliens visit the planet and solve whatever remainder of problems we have..
just click that little arrow in the chat so you can't see what they are saying. Most of the time
They are trolling , being toxic, disgusting, racist, rude
Telling you they are immediately going to die/dc or otherwise ruin the match (followed by proceeding to do so)
Saying nothing..
and.. if the aforementioned conditions were met.
"hello, how are you"
so sad this game is populated by people so toxic who just want to blame the killer for being a "camper". It's also very contagious. 3 hours into the 5 hours/day I play this game I find myself wanting to rip my hair out, cussing, cursing and basically having a heart attack.

Since you have proof, you should submit this to the support team, doing so will ensure this behavior doesn't continue.
Also, if you haven't reported them already in-game, than that's ok, you can just take this to the support team with the unedited screenshots. Just make sure you have his Steam ID as well as your unedited screenshots as proof.

I do hope your issue is resolved, such behavior is unacceptable, especially the conclusion he jumped too and as well as the language he was using.
Have a nice day!

I was under the impression that the support team can't and/or won't handle reports made solely through the ticket system without an ingame report to back them up. It says in the Game Rules and Report System post that "An In-game report MUST be made. This is not optional, and is a must to help us identify the person in your game as well as find any other evidence we need."

I do this so often that it blends together at this point. (By that I mean I suggest the same thing to do when it comes to reports, errors are bound to be made.)
Regardless, if you submit a ticket with proof and their SteamID, than they'll at least let him know if they can do something about it with/without the in-game report. If it works out without the report, than he's fine.
They suggest you report in-game so they have a base to work with, submitting a ticket without the in-game report is kind of working off of nothing.
So, if they accept it or not without the in-game report than that's just up to the support team. If they don't BECAUSE there was no in-game report, than he'll know for next time either way. Regardless, either I just made a simple error, or it's not that big of a deal.
