Reduce Night Shroud cooldown.

30 second cooldown is much more punishing than it needs to be. Ghostface is one of the most add-on reliant killers in the game and that is not good. To solve the issue and make a nice QoL improvement to Ghostface is to reduce his ability's cooldown to 20 seconds base and nerf or rework his cooldown addons so that he wouldn't regain his power in 10 seconds, that would just be silly.

    Good idea. I think most people agree that his Night Shroud Cooldown is too high.

    I had a different idea that I posted about here.

    My idea is to give him quicker NS recovery while crouched as base kit and rework his crouch add-ons to boost this. Thereby, giving him different ways to play.

    Ya, exactly what I've been thinking.

    At base it's too high, and with both CD addons it literally becomes half (15 seconds) which is insane that his addons change him THAT much. Buff base, nerf addons.
