Addon descriptions in the game for characters you don't own

I would like to see the ability to view a Killer's addons without having to own the Killer. Currently you can only see them if you own the character and knowing what the addons are prior to owning can help people make up their minds about whether or not to buy a character.

For example: Freddy. If you don't own him, you'd likely not know that you can use addons to change his snares to pallets that are fake.
